The Connecting to Confidence Collection is focused on discovering your strength and boldness. I believe there is boldness and confidence within each and every one of us. Yes, even those of us who are introverts or a little shy. One way to discover your confidence is to take the time to genuinely connect with yourself and the characteristics that make you the unique and essential person you are. You will have 6 one-on-one sessions where we will discuss and practice methods to strengthen your confidence and promote positive thinking and believing.  During this time, you will also receive 10 downloadable affirmation cards that are customized to your specific needs!
