You will have 10 session where we will explore barriers to personal growth, complete exercises to enhance awareness, and practice methods to, not only implement positive practices into your daily life, but promote an entire lifestyle of positivity.  You also have 60 days of access to your coach after your final session! During this time, you will also receive 10 downloadable affirmation cards that are customized to your specific needs and my downloadable Discovery Journal!
